We do identity strategy for people and organizations navigating change

Identity strategy =

The work of defining who you are, what drives you, and where you're going

Before the strategy comes the story. Before the story comes the truth. This work sits at the intersection of brand, communications, strategy, and coaching. We help individuals in career transition and organizations facing change rediscover their core identity—then move forward with clarity and confidence. Getting to the root of ‘who,’ ‘what,’ ‘why’, and ‘how’ seems simple, but more often than not, these concepts are too big to grasp and too familiar to notice.

Humans—and the organizations made up of them—are constantly evolving. Elements may stay the same, but the context shifts. Taking stock of these variables is why revisiting core questions matters. Whether you're an individual entering your first career, a founder seeking grounding, a seasoned executive eyeing a new chapter, or a corporation in the midst of a reorganization—doing the work to define your core identity is essential to align around a bold new direction.
